This description is for a gîte located in a quiet residential area within an urban setting, adjacent to the owner's house. The gîte is divided into two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a washbasin and a linen room. The upper floor consists of a first bedroom with a double bed (140) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90). There is also a mezzanine area with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for one person. The bathroom on this floor includes a toilet. The gîte provides a WIFI internet connection. The living room opens up to a private outdoor area spanning 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. There are two parking spaces available, one in front of the gîte and another in the courtyard of the owners who reside next door. Guests have access to a heated swimming pool located on the owner's property, facing the terrace of their house. The pool is shared and available for use from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The rental price is all-inclusive, covering the cost of sheets, towels (including pool towels), tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Please note that the gîte is non-smoking.
