The house is divided into two levels. The ground floor consists of the kitchen area and lounge, occupying a total area of 35 m2. Moving on to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one of which can be equipped with a cot for children up to 4 years old. Additionally, the first floor also includes a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.

We offer a range of additional services for your convenience. You have the option to rent bed linen and towels at an affordable rate. Bed linen can be rented for 7.50 euros per person per week, while towels are available for the same price. If desired, we can provide breakfast upon request, exclusively on Sunday mornings.

For security purposes, a deposit of 100 euros is required. Moreover, there is a cleaning fee of 35 euros upon departure. If you wish to bring pets along, a fee of 7.50 euros per pet is applicable. Electricity consumption is charged at a rate of 0.15 euros per kilowatt.
