La Casa Nova restoration project commenced in 2004, with the aim of reviving the old haylofts into charming and comfortable apartments. Currently, we are delighted to offer two apartments, accommodating a total of 4 to 6 guests. Each apartment features a bathroom, a kitchen made of stone, and a cozy fireplace. The authentic Tuscan atmosphere is enhanced by traditional furnishings, including wooden ceilings, tiled floors, and classic Italian design. Furthermore, the apartments are equipped with a double sofa bed and an additional flexible single bed.The rates for each apartment, accommodating 2 to 3 guests, are as follows:
- €60 per day
- €360 per week
These prices include a delicious Italian-style breakfast, complete with all the necessary ingredients found in the kitchen. Additionally, guests will receive informational materials about local tourist attractions. For longer stays, we also offer weekly cleaning services.

La Casa Nova's rich history dates back to the 11th century when it served as a control tower in the picturesque Tevere valley. Over time, it transformed into a charming Country house in the 17th century, featuring a unique "a corte chiusa" architectural structure. The property has been passed down through generations of the Cangi family, who still reside here today.Recently restored, La Casa Nova now offers two independent Bed & Breakfast apartments, nestled in front of a serene garden. Guests can relish the tranquil atmosphere, whether lounging on comfortable chairs or swaying in a hammock.
In addition to its accommodation offerings, La Casa Nova operates as a thriving farmhouse. Here, farm animals are bred, fruit trees and flowers flourish, and an array of vegetables, crops, and tobacco plants are cultivated. The farmhouse also prides itself on producing top-quality honey.

Driving from Milan to Bologna:
Take highway A14 towards Cesena and exit at Cesena nord. Follow E45 towards Rome-Perugia and exit at Sansepolcro sud. Turn right towards Anghiari. Once you reach the hamlet S. Fiora, turn right at the sign for "S. Croce".
Driving from Rome:
Take highway A1 towards Orte and then follow E45 towards Perugia-Cesena. Exit at Sansepolcro sud and turn left towards Anghiari. Once you reach the hamlet S. Fiora, turn right at the sign for "S. Croce".
Driving from Florence:
Take highway A1 towards Rome and exit at Arezzo. Follow the directions to Sansepolcro on S.S.73 and turn left towards Anghiari. Once you reach the hamlet S. Fiora, turn right at the sign for "S. Croce".
By train:
From Arezzo railway station (Italian Railways FS Milan-Rome), you can either take a taxi (28 km distance) or a bus operated by autolinee SITA to reach Sansepolcro.
By plane:
The distances from the following airports are:

- Florence Airport: 102 km
- Sant'Egidio - Perugia Airport: 58 km
