The Discount is a delightful three-bedroom house situated in the heart of Tuchan, surrounded by the picturesque Cathar Country. Recently renovated, this charming accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Each bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet.

On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living and dining area, featuring a designated pool table space. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Outside, there is a generously sized swimming pool (8.5mx 5m), exclusively available for adult use. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of a summer kitchen, various terraces, a well-maintained garden, and private parking. Please note that picnics are not permitted in the pool area or garden.

The village of Tuchan offers a range of amenities, including a small supermarket, a bar-restaurant, a bank, a pharmacy, medical facilities, a hair salon, a swimming pool, and a renowned wine cooperative.

Nearby attractions include the Aguilar Castle, dating back to the 11th century, as well as the Cathar Castles, such as Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, and the Fontfroide Abbey, all located just a few kilometers away.
