The two-room apartment is 30m² in size and has been carefully furnished to ensure functionality for up to four people. Situated in a quiet area in the center of Pornichet, it is conveniently located between the port, beaches, market, and shops. The apartment features two convertible sofas that easily transform into comfortable beds of high quality. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a sink providing hot and cold water, a three-burner hob/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and complete cookware. Additional amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a television.

In Pornichet, there is a wide range of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities to enjoy. Whether you are seeking adventure or relaxation, there is something for everyone. Please note that household linen (sheets and towels) is not provided. A flat rate of 50 will be charged for the cleaning and disinfection of surfaces. Additionally, a deposit of 300 will be required, along with the tourist tax at the current rate per adult.
