We offer the rental of our charming gîte for a minimum duration of 3 nights. To secure your booking, we require a rental contract to be signed and a 30% deposit. Additionally, there is a mandatory deposit of €300.

For your convenience, the beds will be made upon your arrival, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests per bed. At the end of your stay, we provide a cleaning service for €80 per stay.

Please note that a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night will be applied.

Our charming and spacious Les Palmiers gîte, boasting a 110 m2 size spread across two levels, offers a comfortable and delightful stay for up to 8 people. Open year-round, this brand new accommodation includes complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Whether you are seeking a relaxing holiday, attending a special event, or simply want to be close to your friends or family, our gîte is the perfect choice.

Conveniently situated in the heart of Gémozac, all shops and medical services are within walking distance. The gîte is located within our property, Le Clos de Gémozac, which provides additional local services for your convenience.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. Basic necessities and household products are also provided to enhance your comfort.

The living room is equipped with an 80cm LED Smart TV screen, ensuring your entertainment needs are met.

The bathroom on the ground floor includes a 90cm vanity unit, a spacious walk-in shower measuring 90x160 cm, a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. Adjacent to the bathroom, you will find separate toilets with a washbasin.

Moving upstairs, you will discover the sleeping area. The first bedroom offers a comfortable 2-person bed measuring 140x200, while the second bedroom features two single beds measuring 90x200. The third bedroom includes a luxurious 2-person bed measuring 160x200 and two additional single beds measuring 90x190.

The upstairs bathroom features a 90cm vanity unit, a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.

Enjoy the fully enclosed private garden, complete with a terrace, tables and chairs, and a barbecue. Additionally, a table tennis table and a barbecue are available for your leisurely enjoyment.

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for all guests, our gîte is strictly non-smoking. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets due to our resident dogs and cats.
