Description for B&B:

Fréderique and Jacques were captivated by the charm of this architecturally stunning 1950s house nestled in the heart of the Minervois region. Determined to share its beauty, they decided to transform it into a charming guest house.

Situated on the outskirts of a historic village in the upper Minervois, and just a stone's throw away from the medieval city of Carcassonne, this house boasts breathtaking panoramic views of vineyards, olive groves, and the majestic Alaric and Pyreneen mountains.

To ensure a comfortable stay, there are three climate-controlled and individually designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. For those seeking a more romantic and unique experience, there is also the option to stay in "La bohème," an authentic Prague caravan.

As former art gallery owners, Fréderique and Jacques proudly display their collection of contemporary sculptures and artworks, which they are delighted to share with their guests.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a magnificent magnolia tree. The expansive park surrounding the house is perfect for tranquil and leisurely walks, shaded by towering cedar trees.

For a true taste of the region, guests can enjoy a "table d'hôte" meal, featuring authentic local delicacies such as foie gras, farm poultry, and freshwater trout, paired with the finest wines from the Minervois and Cabardès regions.

Each of the three bedrooms is uniquely decorated according to a specific theme and can accommodate varying numbers of guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.

The "Clos du Moulin" provides a private car park for guests' convenience, and bicycles are available for those who wish to explore the peaceful country roads surrounding the village.

Breakfast is a delightful experience, with homemade pastries and jams served on the terrace or in the veranda from 8:30 am onwards.
