We have a room available that can accommodate up to 3 guests. It features a comfortable bed measuring 160x200 and an additional bed measuring 90x190, both fully equipped with sheets. We also provide amenities for families with babies, including a crib, high chair, and baby changing mat. The room has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a spacious closet for your convenience.

Our former stables have been converted into a 45m2 space that includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a living and sleeping area. The sleeping area is furnished with a BZ bed and a single bed, both with linens provided. We offer various household supplies such as a ceramic hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi.

For our cottages, we provide breakfast in the apartments. The rates for bed and breakfast are as follows:
- €65 for one person per night, including breakfast
- €80 for two persons per night, including breakfast
- Children up to 12 years old are charged €25 per night
- Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Description for Gite

Located in an old farmhouse, the "Eure Cottage and Barn" offers two fully restored apartments, "Cottage Rouen", that are separate from the main house and other outbuildings. Each apartment has its own entrance and they are situated in a common courtyard with four other apartments. These spacious apartments, measuring 80m2 and 100m2, are perfect for hosting family gatherings or small groups of 2 to 12 people. Both apartments can be rented together.

The charming converted barn, dating back to 1873, houses one of the apartments. This particular suite is incredibly spacious and is sure to captivate you. It features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a private shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a lounge area with a convertible sofa bed and an extra single bed, and a private terrace. Additionally, a baby cot and high chair are available upon reservation.

Our cottage/guesthouse has been awarded 3 keys by Clévacances and a 3-star accreditation by the prefecture. Whether you're staying for just one night, a weekend, or a whole week, our accommodations provide comfort and tranquility.

The first apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (bedding provided), a bathroom with a massage shower, a separate toilet, a storage area with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer, and a spacious kitchen and lounge area (45m2) in the former stables. The lounge area also features a convertible sofa bed for two people (bedding provided). The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchenware, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, TV, and wifi.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €500 and a cleaning fee of €150 are required. Rental charges include 8 kW of electricity and water per day, but any excess electricity usage will be charged separately. Towels can be rented for €5 per person (including a bath towel, a hand towel, and a washcloth). Additionally, a cleaning service is available for €150.

The "Cottage Rouen" apartment duplex is located on the first floor above the "Eure Gite" called "The Team". It features three bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, sink with storage, and a changing table, and a living room with a cathedral ceiling. Similar to the first apartment, there is also a storage area with a washing machine and dryer. A baby cot, high chair, and changing mat can be reserved free of charge.

Nous tenions à remercier les propriétaires pour l accueil fait à notre familles lors de la location. Ils ont trouvé de superbes gîtes tout équipé et très propre dans un cadres idyllique et reposant . Directions

To reach the destination from Paris, take the A13 and exit at N° 18 (Louviers). Follow the signs for the Arch Bridge for approximately 5 miles. Then, take a right turn towards St Vauvray stone. Cross the bridges in the village and when you reach the end of the street, turn left. The destination will be the 3rd house on the right.

If you are coming from Rouen, take the A13 and exit at 19. Follow the signs for Val Reuil, St Pierre, Ande. Cross the bridges in the village and when you reach the end of the street, turn left. The destination will be the 3rd house on the right.
