This beautifully restored and converted cottage, completed in 2006, offers a truly unforgettable break with its combination of charm, comfort, and style. Step inside and be captivated by the authentic bread oven, exposed beams, terracotta flooring, and other original features that exude character. At the same time, enjoy the spaciousness, natural light, and modern luxuries that have been seamlessly incorporated.Situated in the heart of the Dauphiné region, specifically in Le Passage, our cottage is perfectly located to explore and experience the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Accommodating up to 5 people, with an additional child on the mezzanine, it offers the ideal space for a family or group getaway. We happily welcome all kinds of animals, so you can even bring your beloved pets, including cats, dogs, and even horses. Imagine the joy of exploring the picturesque countryside with your horse and renting a stable for them during your stay.
As a "Gite de France" 3 "epis" (stars) level accommodation (ref 296101), our cottage ensures your comfort is a priority. The 79 m² (850 sq feet) of living space provides ample room for relaxation, while the spacious patio invites you to enjoy the outdoors. This detached house offers all the amenities you need, including a TV and DVD player for entertainment, WIFI/internet access to stay connected, and optional sheet hire for added convenience. The presence of a washing machine and dishwasher adds to the ease of your stay.
