Directions

To travel from Nice to Digne, take the main road. This road will lead you directly to the Lac de Castillon and the village of Saint Julien du Verdon. The village is located 100 kilometers north of Nice and can be reached by car in about one and a half hours from the airport.

To get to Saint Julien du Verdon by car from Nice airport, follow the signs for Digne. The distance is approximately 105 kilometers and the journey should take around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Once you arrive in Saint Julien du Verdon, continue straight on the narrow main road. You will pass by one fountain and then quickly come across a second fountain. When the road splits into two, keep to the left and drive downhill towards the lake. At the end of the road, you will see The Chalet, which means you have arrived at your destination.
