We provide a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Our rates include a continental buffet breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a secure storage area for your bicycles, fishing tackle, skis, and other equipment. Additionally, we offer an airport shuttle service to Carcassonne and can prepare packed lunches for your convenience.

Our accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin room, and one family room. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and wc. You'll also find a flat screen satellite TV with a DVD slot, a hairdryer, a fan, and tea & coffee making facilities in every room. For your comfort, we provide memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towel for swimming. Guests can access a communal fridge/freezer. While the rooms are non-smoking, smoking is allowed within the grounds.

The nearest shops, bars, and restaurants are located 3km away. If you're looking for beach access, it's just over an hour's drive to the Mediterranean beaches and the entrance to Spain. Within a half-hour drive, you'll find a swimming lake and the Dinosaur Museum. For skiing enthusiasts, the nearest ski resort is less than an hour's drive away. Explore the 21 sites of the Cathar Country and experience the excitement of the Tour de France, which often passes by our property (last observed on July 6, 2013).

Our location is perfect for walkers, ramblers, cyclists, fishermen, skiers, or anyone seeking a relaxing holiday within easy reach of the beach. Rest assured, we are fully compliant with Covid-19 regulations, and detailed information will be provided upon reservation. Please note that due to current circumstances, the family room will only be available for two adults in 2020.

We offer a spacious, fully furnished self-catering apartment on the ground floor, perfect for a family getaway. This charming unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, another bedroom featuring a luxurious super king size bed, and a comfortable lounge/dining area that opens up to a lovely decked terrace through patio doors. The bathroom is equipped with a generously sized jet shower, sink, and toilet. As an added bonus, guests have shared access to a refreshing swimming pool.

Directions

To reach the destination, start by taking the D117 road from Quillan. Continue along Boulevard Charles de Gaulle and proceed straight for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach Belvianes et Cavirac. Stay on the main road, following the signs for Axat and Perpignan. The property can be found opposite Le Chalet restaurant.
