Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to our bed and breakfast, also known as a B & B. Alain and Christophe extend a warm and inclusive greeting to all guests in their 1920s brick house, complete with a charming Parisian garden. You will have an entire floor dedicated exclusively to you, with two separate rooms, each equipped to accommodate two people, and a shared bathroom conveniently located on the same floor. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfort, featuring parquet wood floors, fireplaces, and all necessary furniture.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast, either in the cozy living room or, weather permitting, in the beautiful garden. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi access throughout your stay. Additionally, there is a third bedroom on the ground floor with its own private bathroom.

For those seeking a longer stay, we also offer comfortable and fully equipped studios in the second district of Paris, available for a minimum of one week.

Our guest rooms are situated in the "countryside in Paris" area of the 20th district, a rare haven in the city that still retains its old-world charm with houses, gardens, and quaint paved streets. Enjoy the convenience of nearby shops and transportation options, with the city center just a short 15 to 20-minute subway, bus, or bike ride away.

Alain has carefully managed and restored this charming house since 2008, ensuring that guests can experience the necessary comfort and tranquility after a day of exploring the capital.

You will have complete privacy on the first floor, where the two bedrooms are located. One bedroom overlooks the garden, while the other offers a small balcony with street views. A shared bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently situated next to the rooms.

Please note that the owners reside on the second floor in their private apartment.

On the ground floor, you will find the inviting living room and the kitchen, both of which open up to the garden and terrace, providing guests with access to these communal spaces.

We look forward to welcoming you to our bed and breakfast or one of our comfortable studios for an unforgettable stay in Paris.
