The house offers the following amenities:
- A complete basement with a cellar, garage, and laundry room. There is also the possibility to park motorcycles and bicycles.
- The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, a living dining room, and an entrance hall, which are shared spaces. Additionally, there is a bedroom, a toilet, and a shower room exclusively for the owners' use.
- The first floor is exclusively for rental and includes two bedrooms, a library mezzanine, a bathroom with a toilet, and a private technical room.
- The house is surrounded by a garden and terraces, available for use throughout the year, except in September.
- We offer preferential rates for direct reservations made via email. Our fishing friends will receive an additional 10% discount.
- Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out is before 12 p.m.
- Pets are allowed without any extra charges.

This vacation rental offers the choice of one or two bedrooms on the first floor of a villa located in the beautiful countryside, nestled between a serene lake and majestic mountains. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs area, ensuring complete privacy.

Included in the rental are the following amenities:
- One complimentary parking space for your convenience.
- A charming bedroom featuring a balcony, a comfortable 140 cm bed, a table, an armchair, and ample storage space.
- An adaptable bedroom that can be configured as two separate beds measuring 80 cm each, or combined to form a spacious 160 cm bed.
- A private bathroom equipped with a WC, washbasin, and a bath/shower combination.
- A tranquil relaxation area complete with a library, a cozy sofa, and a soothing rocking chair.

The kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces are shared spaces where guests will have the pleasure of interacting with the friendly owners.

To ensure a comfortable stay, linens will be provided, and Wi-Fi access is included.
