This charming house is situated in the picturesque village of Sobreiro. Sobreiro is a small village nestled between Mafra and Ericeira in the municipality of Mafra. It is famous for the renowned artist and Commander Jose Franco, who transformed the land into a work of art by creating a miniature village with mechanized puppets representing various professions and the daily life of old villages.

In addition to this, the village is also home to the Poets House, where you can discover a vast collection of pottery pieces decorated with beautifully written poems by António Batalha.

The house itself is conveniently located near stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, and Coxos.

The property is a single-story house that offers complete privacy and independence. It features two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a television and access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying a delightful BBQ while admiring the breathtaking sunset. There is also a separate living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and an office equipped with a computer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The house boasts two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Surrounding the villa is a lovely garden with a 10m by 4m swimming pool, making it an ideal choice for families with children.

The house is conveniently located only 500 meters from the village center, where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, and food stores. There is also a local fruit and vegetable market on Saturdays and Sundays. If you wish to explore further, Lisbon is easily accessible via the A21 freeway, approximately a 30-minute drive away. The Atlantic Coast offers several beautiful beaches that are perfect for surfing, bodyboarding, and windsurfing, including the internationally renowned Ribeira dIlhas, which hosts various competitions.

For nature enthusiasts, there are plenty of opportunities for long walks in the surrounding area.
