The Boisseau rural cottage is located in the stunning Parc Régional of Morvan, in southern Burgundy. It is just 17 km away from the historic Gallo-roman city of Autun and 50 km from the renowned wine capital, Beaune. This charming property, built in the 17th century, showcases the traditional architecture of the rural Morvan region. It is a paradise for nature lovers, nestled on a hillside with breathtaking views of Mont Beuvray (Bibracte), a characteristic feature of the Haut Morvan landscape.

The rural cottage has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six people and is situated on the first floor above the owner's apartment. It has been awarded a 3-star classification. The cottage offers a spacious 125 m² of living space, including a 30 m² bedroom with a double bed, a 16 m² bedroom with a double bed, and a 17 m² bedroom with two single beds. There is a separate bathroom and toilet. The large living room features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, television, and telephone (using a card service available from all France Telecom agencies). All necessary bed linens and duvets are provided, and baby facilities are available. The cottage also includes a garage.

Outdoor amenities include chairs, a sun umbrella, a barbecue, and ample space for outdoor games. The property covers 1.2 hectares (3 acres) and features a main house, two barns (one used for parking cars), an old bakers oven, a well and trough, a grassy courtyard, meadows, a large orchard, and a kitchen garden. Domestic pets are welcome. Additionally, two adult mountain bikes (included in the rental price) are available for guests to explore the natural beauty of the Morvan countryside using the numerous waymarked routes.
