"Le Gîte des Chênes" in LAUZANAC is a separate and private accommodation situated next to our house. It offers stunning views of the valley and surrounding oak woods, and has recently undergone a complete restoration with all new amenities.

The spacious ground floor features an open plan living room and dining area, complete with a large fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Guests can enjoy free broadband Internet access, satellite TV, and find useful information about the local area.

Access to the first floor is via a beautiful wrought iron staircase, handcrafted on the farm. There are three double bedrooms, each furnished with a writing table and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Separating the bedrooms is a small television room that can be enclosed with curtains, and it also features a double sofa bed.

The entire house benefits from central heating, in addition to the warmth provided by the impressive fireplace in the spacious living/dining area.

Outside, there are two private gardens on different levels. Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The second garden boasts a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, complete with a shaded poolhouse and shower. For the safety of children, the pool area is fenced and secured.

Pets may be considered by the owners, and families with children are most welcome.
