- The living area includes a table, 4 chairs, a transformable bench (which can be turned into a large bed or two small beds), and a TV.
- The bedroom features a 140-sized bed, two bedside tables, and a wall cupboard closet.
- The bathroom is equipped with a 170-sized bathtub, a wash-hand basin, a toilet, a toilet cupboard with a razor socket, and a hairdryer.

Our individual villas offer a spacious garden and an additional room compared to the maisonnettes B and C. You will also enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and heating in the house, as well as a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub, a double sink unit with a hairdryer, and a panoramic mirror.
* Terraces: Each villa has a garden living area with a table and armchairs, as well as a barbecue and sun loungers.
* Property: The property spans over 3 hectares of wooded land, including cane-apple bushes, myrtles, holm oaks, and olive trees.
