Located between the stunning Montfort and Trémolat shingle, in close proximity to Domme and not far from Eyzies, is a delightful village on the edge of the Dordogne. Situated in Coux and Bigaroque (Dordogne), Trémières is a beautifully restored 16th-century property that combines the charm of the past with the comforts of today. The main house features a spacious kitchen, a dining room, six rooms (including one very large room with a fireplace, a cozy sitting area, and a private bathroom), three additional bathrooms, and a water room. The Maisonnette (dependent house) offers a dining area, kitchen, living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, providing privacy and independence. The property also boasts a private swimming pool set within a picturesque garden. Accommodating up to 8 to 10 people, there is the option of hiring a cleaning lady or a babysitter. The weekly rental rate is €1,000 during the off-season and ranges from €1,600 to €2,200 during the tourist season. Directions

To reach SIORAC, follow the A20 highway until you reach LA ROQUE-GAGEAC, BEYNAC, and ST CYPRIEN. Once in SIORAC, turn right at the entrance and cross the bridge over the Dordogne river. Keep going straight until you spot a campsite called LA FAVAL on your right (do not turn right here). Proceed past the campsite as the road curves left and continue towards the village of LE COUX for about 800 meters.

As you ascend, the road will turn right after passing the sign for LE COUX. You will then reach the center of the village, where you'll find the Post office. Take a left in front of the post office and pass by the war memorial. Keep following this road, passing through a small locality known as LAMILLAL.

After LAMILLAL, take the first road on your right, which is just after a house lined with fir trees. Upon turning, you'll come across a Y-shaped road split. Take the left road indicated by the sign for LANCEPLAINE. This road is steep, leading you to the village entrance panel of LANCEPLAINE.

Near the yellow letter-box, take the road on your left. Keep in mind that this road is narrow due to being within the village. Continue driving, and after a tall wall, you will spot the house on your right.
