La Roseraie is a sophisticated bed and breakfast establishment offering three exquisitely furnished double rooms and two spacious family suites. Each room has its own private bathroom and is equipped with a small flat-screen television. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided in the cozy guest sitting room for those moments when a warm beverage is desired.Additionally, there are two self-catering cottages, each featuring private terraces complete with barbeques and garden furniture.
To enhance the overall experience for our guests, we have a leisure room designed in a bistro style. Here, you will find a small library stocked with books and DVDs, as well as various card and board games. An honesty bar adds a charming touch to the ambiance.
The expansive gardens are tastefully furnished with tables and chairs, providing ample space for outdoor relaxation. The large heated swimming pool overlooks our beautiful private parkland.
Situated within the tranquil and secluded grounds of La Roseraie, it is just a short stroll to the village of Neuville, where a vibrant market takes place every Sunday morning. Furthermore, the village boasts two exceptional restaurants and a family-friendly eatery. The village is also home to the headquarters of this renowned wine-growing region, offering tours and tastings for guests to enjoy. There is also a small yet fascinating walnut-oil factory where visitors can witness the production process using original machinery.

Directions
La Roseraie is located 500 meters from the village center of Neuville de Poitou in the department of La Vienne, in the Poitou-Charente region. It is approximately 10 kilometers from the Paris-Bordeaux Autoroute (the A10) and just off the N147.
If you are coming from the North, exit the A10 at "Futuroscope" just North of Poitiers. At the exit roundabout, turn left and follow the signs to Neuville (the D62).
If you are coming from the South, exit the A10 at "Poitiers Nord" and follow the signs to Nantes, Saumur, and Angers. This will lead you onto the N147 and you will see signs to Neuville.
For those arriving at Poitiers Airport, turn left at the first roundabout leading from the Airport and follow the signs for Nantes and Tours. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left and follow the signposts for Nantes. Then continue following signs for Saumur, Angers, and Neuville.
From Poitiers Station, follow signs to Nantes, then Saumur, Angers, and Neuville.
Once you are in the commune of Neuville, at the first roundabout, follow signs to Saumur, Angers, and Mirebeau (the N147). After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a second roundabout where you must turn left, leaving the N147, and follow signs to Les Grands Prés. Immediately after, you will come across two mini-roundabouts. Turn right at the first roundabout and left at the second. You are now on rue Armand Caillard and La Roseraie is located at No. 78 on the right-hand side.
