This rural gite, made of country stones, is settled in an old restored barn. It can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a peaceful nature experience, while being conveniently close to Lake of Causse, where you can enjoy water activities such as bathing, rowing, and fishing. The gite is only 5km away from Brive La Gaillarde.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac path, the gite is part of a group of buildings surrounding a yard on a 15-hectare estate. This allows for safe walks in the forest. The owners live in a house on the other side of the yard.

The gite has a capacity of 4 people and a surface area of 65m². The living room, which includes a cooking area, is 44m² and opens onto a terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and a child bed, and the other with two single beds (90cm). The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. The gite is equipped with electrical heating, a gas hotplate, an electrical oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a freezer. A high chair for a baby is also available.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

There is a commercial center 3km away and the town center of Brive La Gaillarde is only 5km away.

There are many picturesque villages to visit nearby, such as Donzenac, Turenne, Collonges-la-Rouge, and Curemonte, as well as the slate quarry of Travassac and the National stud farm in Pompadour. There are also many prehistoric sites to explore, including Lascaux. Rocamadour village and the gulf of Padirac are located 50km away. Regional markets, festivals, and artists exhibitions are also popular attractions in the area.

The prices for 2009 are as follows: 420€ per week, charges included, during the very high season; 400€ per week, charges included, during the high season; 350€ per week plus charges during the middle season; 320€ per week plus charges during the low season; and 350€ per week plus charges during school holiday periods. Weekend stays are available for 120€ plus charges.
