Introducing the "Bo11" apartment:

This spacious apartment is filled with natural light and features balconies. It was completely renovated in December 2008 to ensure maximum comfort.

Located just a one-minute walk from Metro line 9, you'll have direct access to iconic Parisian landmarks such as the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Galeries Lafayette, and Nation (for connections to Euro Disneyland).

By foot, you can easily explore Père Lachaise, Bastille Plaza, Le Marais, and the historical center of Paris.

The apartment is surrounded by various shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.

You will be captivated by the apartment's atmosphere, stylish furniture, and abundance of natural light. The large windows offer views of Place Leon Blum and the 11th district city hall. Situated on the second floor of an 18th-century building with an elevator, all windows are double glazed for extra security and soundproofing.

"Bo11" is specially designed for leisure and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. It includes:
- 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe, and fireplace
- 1 living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, TV, CD player, and free Wi-Fi
- 1 dining room with a table and chairs, and a radio
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, and cookware
- 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The bathroom can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom for added privacy
- Separate WC

Bed and bath linens will be provided, and the entire apartment is heated. The master bedroom also has air-conditioning.

From the airport:

Taxi: A taxi ride will cost around 50 Euros and will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Avoid traveling during peak hours between 6:30 am to 9:30 am as the journey may take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Bus: There are two bus companies operating from CDG.

Roissybus: Get off at Opera. Walk for 7 minutes to reach the Chaussée d'Antin, Lafayette Metro Station. Take Metro line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Metro Voltaire.

Air France bus (line 4): Get off at Gare de Lyon where the metro station is located. Take Metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and get off at Nation. Transfer to Metro line 9 towards Pont de Sevres and get off at Metro Voltaire.

Train: From CDG, board RER B towards Robinson - St Remy les Chevreuses. Change at Gare du Nord and take Metro line 5 towards Porte d'Italie. Get off at Oberkampf and transfer to Metro line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil. Get off at Metro Voltaire. Take the "Sortie 4, Rue Sedaine" exit. The apartment is located right in front of the Metro Station. The total journey will take approximately 45 minutes.

While using the metro and RER, please ensure to keep an eye on your belongings.
