Located between Toulouse and Tarbes, this charming country cottage sits atop the heights of Saint-Frajou, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and even the Pyrenees. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peacefulness of rural life. For those seeking adventure, there are plenty of nearby sporting activities to partake in. With the Pyrenees and Spain just an hour away, you can easily explore the beauty of these regions. The Figuier, a cozy single-storey house spanning 45 m2, is ideal for 2 or 3 guests. It features a spacious living area with an open kitchen, dining space, and lounge area (including a single bed), as well as a comfortable bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet. Situated amidst the countryside, this cottage is a mere 5 km away from amenities. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a microwave and garden furniture. The cottage boasts a terrace and garden, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Please note that the land is not fenced. To get to Saint Frajou from LIsle in Dodon, drive along the D 52. When you reach the top, around 1 km before the village, make a left turn right after crossing the street towards COUEILLES AGASSAC. Then, take an immediate right onto the small climbing path.
