- Fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, single-bowl sink, four ceramic hobs, and an electric oven.
- Comes with a fridge-freezer, kettle, electric coffee maker, microwave, and an espresso machine (Nescafé type).

- Waste sorting is necessary, with containers provided.

To reach LOrmet, follow these travel directions depending on your starting point:
From the A71 motorway:
1. Take the A719 junction towards Vichy.
2. After the toll, immediately take exit 13 to Ebreuil.
3. Follow the signs to Ebreuil and then Vicq.
4. Continue straight towards Bellenaves.
5. At the top of the hill, turn left onto D183 before reaching the village of Valignat. (Do not go to Valignat.)
6. LOrmet will be located 1,500m on the right side.
From Gannat:
1. Follow the signs to Ebreuil.
2. Then, follow the directions mentioned above starting from step 3.
From St Pourçain:
1. Follow the signs to Chantelle.
2. Continue towards Bellenaves and then St Bonnet de Tizon.
3. Once you cross the level crossing, at the very top of the hill, turn right onto RD183.
4. After passing the road to the village of Valignat (do not go to Valignat), LOrmet will be 1,500m on the right side.
