Welcome to our property where we offer you a peaceful, comfortable, and inviting family suite of 75 m². This suite consists of 2 bedrooms that are able to accommodate up to 4 people.

In Leonard's room, you will find a spacious bed measuring 180 cm. Alicia's room features a bed measuring 140 cm, as well as a corner bed measuring 90x180 to accommodate a child under 12 years old.

Additionally, there is a shared shower room and toilet for your convenience. The suite also includes a living room with a library, a dining area, and an office space. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace measuring 40 m².

With its independent entrance, you will have complete freedom of movement during your stay. For your safety and convenience, parking is reserved for you in the enclosed courtyard.

Each morning, you can savor a delicious breakfast in our family dining room or on the terrace, depending on the season and weather.

Spread across two levels, our spacious gîte spans an impressive 100 m² and is situated in close proximity to the owners' residence, ensuring easy access to any assistance you may require. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 individuals.

The ground floor comprises a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, spanning approximately 36 m². Additionally, there is a convenient toilet available on this level. The kitchen opens up to a charming 30 m² terrace, partially covered, which leads to a beautiful garden complete with a children's porch and slide - perfect for little ones to frolic and play.

Moving upstairs, you will discover two generously sized bedrooms. The first bedroom spans 20 m² and features a comfortable king-size bed (160). The second bedroom, covering 21 m², is equipped with a queen-size bed (140) and two single beds (90). Furthermore, there is a well-appointed shower room and a separate toilet on this level.
