Description:

Description for B&B:

Firstly, it's worth noting that Colmar shares the same rainfall pattern as Marseille, offering a unique microclimate. Your accommodation is perfect for families, featuring two well-maintained bedrooms, a courtyard, and a garden. Situated in a tranquil area of central Alsace, it lies on the outskirts of Colmar, just a 5-minute bus ride from the city center (with a bus stop only 100 meters away) and 8 km from the wine route, including charming towns like Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Eguisheim.

The two spacious guest rooms, each 23 m², are located on the first floor and come with their own bathroom equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. Known for my warm, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor, I am happy to offer recommendations on places to visit, hiking trails, walks, and other enjoyable activities, such as visiting the wine cellar Maison Blanck in Mittelwihr. You'll also find maps and brochures about Alsace and its historical and cultural sites readily available.

For your leisure, the property offers a library, board games, a barbecue, and a shaded terrace in the courtyard. Guests are welcome to use the common areas, including the living room, dining room, pergola, barbecue, and kitchen, upon request. Additionally, secure parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.

I serve a delightful breakfast, either sweet or savory, accompanied by homemade jams, and I'm happy to accommodate early morning requests. The house is ideally suited for two couples wishing to relax together in the evenings in the living or dining room.
