This newly renovated studio-style chalet is located on the 6th floor with elevator access, offering a panoramic view of the south-west facing slopes. Situated in the heart of the resort, it is conveniently adjacent to the mall and cinema Péclet. Wake up to the convenience of picking up your slippers in the morning, as everything you need is within reach.

The studio has undergone a complete renovation this year, boasting a charming old wooden chalet style. Every aspect of the studio is brand new, ensuring a comfortable stay. We place great importance on cleanliness and expect our guests to leave the studio in an impeccable condition. By adhering to this commitment, you contribute to the satisfaction of all tenants throughout the season. We take care of the cleaning for the entire season.

Designed to accommodate up to four people, the studio includes a sofa bed in the main room and two bunk beds in the entrance. The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the studio by a wooden sliding door, ensuring privacy. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances such as a coffee maker, pressure cooker, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom is also brand new, with a separate toilet. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony, which is enclosed with a veranda adorned with old wood. Ski equipment can be securely stored in the dedicated ski locker.

Although our studio is not officially classified, it is important to note that this is due to our choice to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy, and not because it lacks quality. The provided pictures speak for themselves. The rental period begins on a Saturday and ends the following Saturday at 10 am.

Rates include water and electricity and reflect the high standards of our rental. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required, along with a 400 euro security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after the studio is inspected by the next tenant, provided no damages are reported. Additionally, a check for the applicable tax, amounting to 0.90 euros per day per person, must be provided payable to the Treasury. Upon payment of the deposit, a lease agreement will be sent to you.

The weekly rate for this studio is between 450 and 800 euros. Please note that linens are not provided and guests are responsible for making their own arrangements in this regard.
