We offer a charming old farmhouse in the village of Le Corbier, situated in the beautiful Savoy region. Our house (apartment) comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, making it perfect for families or small groups.The house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. We also provide essential amenities like an iron and ironing board, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the television.
There are two cozy bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140cm bed and has its own bathroom and separate toilet. The second bedroom offers a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, along with an ensuite shower and toilet. Both rooms have internet access.
Outside, you can relax and unwind on the terrace, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture. Private parking is available for your convenience.
The location is ideal, as we are just a few minutes away from the vibrant city of Annecy and its stunning lake, only 7 km from our property. You can easily explore the surrounding area with shops conveniently located just 450m away and a bus stop only 80m from the house. Annecy is just a 10-minute drive, while Geneva is only 30 minutes away. Other nearby attractions include Chambery and Lac du Bourget (40 min), Chamonix (1h), and Turin (2h15).
At COTTAGE SAVOISIEN, we provide various tourist circuits that you can explore by car, allowing you to discover the natural beauty and breathtaking landscapes of Savoy.
We welcome pets in the house (apartment), but kindly note that they are not allowed in the guest rooms.

To access the location from the A41 (Lyon-Geneva and Turin) Highway:
- If you are coming from CRUSEILLES, GENEVA, or TURIN, take the Annecy SOUTH exit and head towards SEYNOD. Stay on the right side and do not take the Annecy exit. Once you pass BRESSIS church, make a right turn towards the 16 departmental road leading to CHAVANOD.
- If you are coming from LYON, take the ALBY/CHERAN-RUMILLY exit or Sortie15.1. Follow the 201 road towards Annecy and after passing Treige village, take a left turn towards the CHAVANOD Field of the FTA road.
