Description for B&B:

Our holiday accommodation offers a charming 2-acre garden with a children's play area, complete with a 4m trampoline and swimming pool. The garden boasts breathtaking views of Cognac vines, providing a picturesque setting for leisurely walks. Alternatively, guests can explore the miles of surrounding forest by foot or bicycle, which we provide. Despite our rural location, we are just a short 10-minute drive away from the vibrant towns of Cognac and Saintes. These towns offer a variety of amenities such as daily fresh food markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and tourist attractions.

The accommodation comprises three spacious bedrooms, each named after a tree found in our garden: Oak, Pine, and Acacia. Oak is specifically designed to comfortably accommodate a family of four, with two adults and two young children. Oak and Pine are located on the first floor and feature en-suite modern and spacious shower rooms. Meanwhile, Acacia is situated on the ground floor and offers a large walk-in shower. Each room is tastefully furnished with a combination of traditional French furniture and modern pieces, creating a unique atmosphere in each bedroom.

Surrounded by vineyards and forest, our property is a tranquil retreat. Guests can freely wander and explore the beautiful surroundings. The garden provides ample seating options, including sun loungers and chairs strategically placed for relaxation, dining, play, or reading. Additionally, we have an 8 x 4-meter swimming pool (open from June to September), swings, badminton, and football nets for guests' enjoyment. Private off-street parking is also available for our guests' convenience.
