The farmhouse was renovated in 2012 and is situated in a 5,000 m² park filled with various species of trees, providing ample seating areas for relaxation. Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the TGV high-speed train station and the nearest motorway exit. A quick train ride to Paris takes only 55 minutes, while driving to the capital city can be done in 2 and a half hours. Additionally, Tours centre is a mere 15 minutes away, and Amboise Dierre aerodrome is just 10 minutes away for light aircraft owners. We are more than happy to assist with flight planning.Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a spacious living room that spans over 60m², featuring a grand fireplace. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and toilets, as well as a mezzanine area where guests can enjoy a game of billiards or a quiet read. Private parking and a locked storage room for bicycles, fishing gear, golf equipment, and more are available for your convenience.
In good weather, you can enjoy a picnic in the shade of the trees in our garden. Experience the tranquility and authentic charm of our house, while taking in the beautiful reflections of the Cher river.
Please note that from May to September, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
