Upstairs, there is a landing area with a comfortable sofa bed, two bedrooms furnished with double beds, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a table with an iron. The garden offers a perfect spot for outdoor activities, including a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxation.

The Lilac Cottage: Situated on the upper floor of a beautiful Perigord building, this spacious 96 m2 cottage boasts a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms consisting of two double beds and a bunk bed, a bathroom, separate toilet, and amenities such as TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron, and ironing board. Guests can enjoy the terrace, garden, barbecue, and garden furniture for a delightful outdoor experience. Please note that the ground floor remains unoccupied. This rental is closed from September 13th to May 29th.

Heating is available at an additional cost during the low season.

Directions

To reach the destination, you can take either D. 820 (N. 20) or A. 20. If you choose D. 820 (N. 20) or A. 20, head towards Souillac and Sarlat and follow the given directions. Once you reach Rouffillac, make a right turn towards Carlux. Avoid entering Prats de Carlux, but continue straight ahead when you reach the sign indicating the name of the town. Keep going towards Ste Nathalène and take the first left towards the campsite La Châtaigneraie. You will find the deposits on your left after 600 meters.

If you are coming from Périgueux via RN 89, follow the signs for Eyzies and Sarlat. Once in Sarlat, continue following the signs for Ste Nathalène and the town center. In Ste Nathalène, make a right turn after passing the church and head towards Prats de Carlux. The bed you are looking for will be on your right after 600 meters.
