This stone-built house is situated on the West Coast of the island, nestled in a rural area on a hill slope. It offers a tranquil setting, as there are no roads passing in front or behind the property. With its prime location just 300 meters from the sea and occupying over one hectare of land, guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the terraces, including the neighboring house of Tanasis, a few other houses, the sparkling sea, and the charming fishing port of Drymonas, which is home to a unique tavern.Our location is off the beaten track, making it ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway. To explore the surroundings, our guests typically rent a bike, scooter, or small car. Furthermore, we offer a discounted rate based on the length of your stay. The minimum stay requirement is two days.
For a two-day stay, the rate is €90 per day for two persons and €70 per day for one person. If you stay for 3 to 6 days, the rate decreases to €75 per day for two persons and €60 per day for one person. For stays lasting 7 to 14 days, the rate is €65 per day for two persons and €50 per day for one person. If you choose to stay for over 14 days, the rate further decreases to €60 per day for two persons and €45 per day for one person. Additionally, we provide an additional bed free of charge for children under 5 years old, and there is a fee of €15 per day for children over 5 years old.
To top it all off, a delicious homemade breakfast is included during your stay.

Each room offers a delightful terrace where you can bask in the breathtaking views of the shimmering sea.Immerse yourself in an ambiance of cultural elegance as you step into our meticulously decorated rooms. Adorned with a splendid collection of authentic Chinese antiques, the furniture harmoniously complements the whitewashed walls, giving each room its distinctive color and name.
While being conveniently connected to our main house, the rooms provide a tranquil and private sanctuary for our guests. Enjoy the freedom of independence and indulge in a blissful retreat.
Spanning approximately 30 sq.m., each room is thoughtfully designed across two levels, connected by a few steps. The first level showcases a spacious and cozy bed, inviting you to unwind and relax. Descending to the lower level, you'll find a comfortable sitting area adorned with built-in benches, perfect for lounging and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a small bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, ensuring your utmost convenience.
We warmly welcome our guests from April through late October, offering an unforgettable coastal experience that will leave you with cherished memories.
