The Mas du Domaine de Montcalm is a peaceful sanctuary nestled amidst lush orchards. This enchanting property features spacious, character-filled buildings made of cayroux stone and brick, adorned with beautifully tiled roofs. With a total area of approximately 1500 m², the buildings are arranged around a grand courtyard, surrounded by nearly 7,000 m² of enclosed land. The Mas underwent a renovation initiated by its new owners, Dominique and Jean Claude, in June 2011, transforming it into a delightful haven where nature, relaxation, tranquility, and comfort are prioritized.

Description for Gite

We offer three delightful cottages, tastefully decorated, that can accommodate 4-8 people. These cottages provide all the necessary comfort for an enjoyable holiday experience. Experience cozy stays by the fireplace or stove, and relish in the dining area with a fully equipped American kitchen. Each cottage features a private outdoor space with garden furniture and a BBQ for your exclusive use. Additionally, all our cottages are equipped with air-conditioning, WiFi access, and TV.

For those seeking alternative accommodations, we also offer two suites that can accommodate up to 4 people each, as well as a double room.

To enhance your relaxation, our estate provides a large recreation room with a pool table and library. You can also unwind in our shady park filled with oak and palm trees, where you can enjoy activities such as petanque and ping-pong. Moreover, our estate boasts a generously sized heated pool measuring 16 x 6 meters, perfect for a refreshing swim.

The Mas du Domaine de Montcalm is conveniently located and can be easily accessed. It is just a 15-minute drive from Perpignan, which was once the capital of the Kings of Majorca. The property is situated near the airport, train station, and the A9 motorway. Additionally, the property is only 25 km away from the beautiful beaches and coastline, 40 km from Spain, and just one hour away from the ski slopes of the Pyrenees in Font-Romeu.
