We have a cozy chalet available for two people, located at the bottom of our property just a few meters away from the river. It offers a peaceful environment with no noise, thanks to its wooden construction. Despite the tranquility, it is conveniently located only 900m away from the city. You can park your car on the property, although the parking area is situated 200m away from the chalet.

The chalet comes fully equipped with amenities such as a private above ground swimming pool, a teak garden table, a barbecue, and comfortable deckchairs. Inside, you'll find a double bed, a kitchenette, a shower, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, and a washing machine to cater to your needs.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests from July 14 to August 18, as during this period, we rent out the entire house.

As for parking, you can safely leave your car within the premises, albeit 200 meters away from the chalet. The chalet boasts a private above-ground swimming pool, a teak garden table, a barbecue, and comfortable deckchairs for your relaxation. Inside, you will find a cozy double bed, a convenient kitchenette, a refreshing shower, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, and a washing machine. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests from July 14th to August 18th, as the entire house is rented during this period.

Directions

To get to the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Take the last exit that leads to "Cannes-Grasse" and continue straight until you reach the first roundabout. Take a right at the first right turn.
Proceed to the second roundabout and once again take the first right turn.
Continue up the road for about 1km and then take the first right turn when you reach the Casino supermarket.
At a large roundabout, take the third right turn onto Boulevard Louis Icard.
Finally, you will find the house at number 97, which is the last house on the left at the end of the impasse.
