The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004 and is now a charming guest house located on a tranquil street in the center of Villeneuve sur Lot. With a total of 5 rooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

On the ground floor, you will find the Salle Bastide, a comfortable living room with a kitchen, as well as a laundry room and an inner courtyard adorned with beautiful plants.

The first floor offers two rooms: Choisy, which overlooks the courtyard and can accommodate 2 people, and Bastérou, also overlooking the courtyard and suitable for 2 people. These two rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Additionally, there is Plaisance, a room for 2 people with a sitting area facing the street.

On the second floor, there is Gajac, a room for 2 people facing the street, and Parasol, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people and also has a sitting area facing the street. These two rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Lastly, there is Bourgade, a small attic room for 1 person, which does not have a bathroom and can only be rented along with another room.

Each room at the Maison de Velours is tastefully decorated and offers a cozy, personalized ambiance. They are equipped with twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC, kitchenettes with an electric stove, fridge, and sink, as well as crockery and utensils. Additional amenities include air conditioning, TV with stereo/CD, interphone, and WiFi.
