Le Clos des Noyers is a charming residence situated in the heart of Combronde, a small town in the Auvergne region. This nineteenth-century mansion showcases the characteristic Volvic stonework of the area.Retaining its original period decor, Le Clos des Noyers boasts exquisite features such as high molded ceilings, marble fireplaces in every room, and beautiful oak paneling in the reception areas. As you enter the majestic hallway, you will be greeted by a trompe l'oeil painted ceiling and elegantly designed glass panes.
For your relaxation, there is a cozy lounge equipped with a TV and library. Enjoy your breakfast in the dining room, the spacious kitchen, or on the sunny south terrace overlooking the house.
Ascending the grand Volvic stone staircase, you will reach the guest rooms on the upper floor. Choose from three double bedrooms or opt for "The Combrailles" room, each offering ample space, tranquility, comfort, and a decor inspired by the picturesque Auvergne countryside.
Surrounded by walls, the property ensures privacy for its guests. At the front of the house, a large south-facing terrace invites you to unwind, while a quaint French garden offers shade. Behind it lies a medieval garden adorned with colorful flowers and a square filled with aromatic herbs. Further beyond, a vast park awaits, featuring magnificent trees like cedar, pine sapo, chestnut, redwood, and charm. Additionally, an orchard flourishes with apple, pear, cherry, and grape trees, adding to the natural beauty of the surroundings.

If you prefer walking, you can take the GR300 trail that runs alongside our property.
Parking is available in our courtyard, which is secured by a gate (a badge will be provided). We also have a barn where you can safely park your bicycles.
