Florence and Jean-Marc invite you to their serene residence, "Villa Saint Antoine," located in the picturesque Lot et Garonne region. Situated on the breathtaking plateaus of Serres Country, overlooking the beautiful Lot valley, our villa offers a tranquil retreat throughout the year.Conveniently positioned in the peaceful town of Saint Antoine de Ficalba, halfway between Villeneuve sur Lot (10 km) and Agen (20 km), our family room, known as the "White Fig," is perfect for four people. Comprising of two comfortable bedrooms, it is an ideal choice for two couples or a family. Each bedroom is furnished with a cozy 140 bed, equipped with a TV and WIFI internet connection. The shared bathroom is complete with a WC. Step onto your own private covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture, and enjoy the breathtaking views.
In addition, our enclosed garden of 2100 m² offers a secure and closed-off space for your peace of mind. The pool, available from May to September, is also enclosed and secured by gates.
Start your day with a delightful breakfast served on our covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and the valley. We take pride in using local and seasonal produce to create a truly authentic dining experience. Our large living room, situated in the main house, also offers a stunning view of the surroundings.
For golf enthusiasts, we offer the opportunity to book your green fee in advance. Jean-Marc, an avid golfer, will provide you with a trolley bag to enhance your experience. Additionally, we have two bicycles available for you to explore the area at your own leisure. You can take a leisurely stroll or bike ride on the two footpaths GR 652, which are easily accessible from the villa.
Nearby attractions include the charming village of Pujols, which has been recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France, as well as the historic walled town of Villeneuve sur Lot (10 km) and Agen (19 km).
In the village of Saint Antoine de Ficalba, you will find a variety of restaurants and shops to cater to your needs.

This charming gite offers a comfortable stay on one level, featuring two bedrooms with two double beds (140 cm), a desk, wardrobe, linen storage, dresser, TV, and WIFI. The bathroom boasts a refreshing shower, and the private terrace is furnished with garden furniture for your relaxation. Additionally, guests have access to a community pool with chairs and tables, as well as children's amenities such as a swing and slide, all set on a spacious 2100m² plot. Villa Saint Antoine
Nous sommes venus en famille dans cette très jolie villa et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est très charmante, l'accueil est formidable et chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner est juste excellent, les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme, la décoration est très soignée et réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Bref, cet endroit est idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances et d'excellents moments avec des hôtes très accueillants. Encore merci Florence et Jean-Marc pour cet inoubliable séjour... Au plaisir de vous rendre visite à nouveau.

Un accueil formidable, des chambres exceptionnelles et un petit déjeuner gargantuesque et excellent...bref, que du bonheur !!! Florence et Jean-Marc, ne changez rien, c'est parfait. Villa Saint Antoine
Nous avons eu la chance d'être avec mon mari les premiers hôtes de cette Villa. Accueil chaleureux, repos absolu au calme et petit déjeuner dantesque. La région est superbe d'autant plus que nous avions le soleil. Seul petit regret, pas possible d'utiliser la magnifique piscine en ces vacances de Pâques. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse sans aucune restriction.

Proceed and take the next right turn (enter the residence) and then take the first left onto rue Sabine Sicaud. The villa is located at No. 3 rue Sabine Sicaud.
From Villeneuve sur Lot, head towards Agen. At the end of the 4-lane road, at the roundabout, take the last exit on the left. At the stop sign, turn right and enter Saint Antoine de Ficalba. At the school level, turn left and follow the signs for "Résidence Saint Antoine." Proceed over the hump and take the road on the right (enter the residence) and then take the first left onto rue Sabine Sicaud. The villa is located at No. 3 rue Sabine Sicaud.
