It can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, with the option of accommodating 9 with additional beds.The ground floor consists of a spacious living room (35m²) equipped with a television, stereo, and telephone for téléséjour. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas hob with hood, and freezer. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Upstairs, there are three generously-sized bedrooms, a hallway, and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Ample parking space for three cars is available at the rear of the house.
At the front of the house, there is a terrace and a garden facing south, furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue. The property offers a picturesque countryside view and ensures privacy as it is not overlooked.
