The well-equipped kitchen boasts a dining table and features modern amenities such as a gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Accommodation includes a generously-sized bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as a second room with a convenient foldable sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. The two rooms share a bathroom and toilet, with an additional toilet located in a spacious lobby.Upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms furnished with cozy double beds, and an additional bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom on this floor includes a bath and a toilet. If needed, an extra bed can be provided to accommodate additional guests.
Outside, a sunny terrace provides a perfect spot to enjoy the picturesque views of the nearby sculpture park. Parking is conveniently available on the property.
