Welcome to this charming 35 m2 gite, perfect for 2 adults. The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa bed, and the kitchenette is equipped with handy appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator. Stay connected with free WIFI throughout your stay.

On the first floor, a delightful parental suite awaits you, complete with a private bathroom and a separate toilet. Take advantage of the beautiful garden and refreshing swimming pool available at the guest house.

To ensure a hassle-free start to your vacation, the bed will be made upon your arrival. Please note that check-in is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out should be no later than 9 a.m.

If you are traveling by train, our guest house is located 15 kilometers away from Niort train station. It takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes to reach us from PARIS MONTPARNASSE by TGV.

For those traveling by road, simply take exit n°10 of the A83 towards PARTHENAY to reach our guest house.

If you prefer to travel by plane, the airports of La Rochelle and Poitiers are both conveniently located 1 hour away from our guest house.
