Nestled within its own picturesque valley, the house and grounds offer stunning views from every angle and provide a tranquil refuge shielded from strong winds. Surrounding the property, vast fields of sunflowers create a captivating sight. As you approach, a remarkable gravelled drive leads you through expansive lawned gardens and an orchard, ultimately leading to a beautiful 200-year-old stone complex. This complex consists of a spacious manor house along with attached and detached stone outbuildings.

The meticulously maintained grounds span over 5 acres and encompass a private fishing lake, a walled saltwater swimming pool, a BBQ area, and a games room. These amenities provide everything you need to fully enjoy a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle.

Description for Gite

Originally a Pigeonnier or dovecote, this charming stone building now serves as a delightful self-contained cottage. It boasts spacious rooms with magnificent oak beamed and vaulted ceilings. As you enter through the large double doors, you will find a generously sized lounge and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. The kitchen is furnished with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 37" TV with Freesat, microwave, DVD player, cooker, CD player, hob, and WiFi.

The cottage features two luxurious Super king/twin bedrooms, tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and adorned with sumptuous bedding to ensure a relaxing and comfortable holiday experience. Each bedroom is equipped with large sofa/sofa beds and en suite bathrooms, which offer stunning views of the sunny front garden and the orchard beyond.

The private terrace, facing west, is the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sun. It can be accessed either through the kitchen or via the path surrounding the property. Please note that during the off-peak season, we have the flexibility to convert this cottage into a one-bedroom property.
