Description for B&B:

Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a beautifully preserved 19th-century stone farmhouse in southern Ardèche. Philippe and Marie-Laurence are delighted to invite you for a holiday, a training course, or personal development courses. Our farmhouse exudes charm and comfort, meticulously decorated to create a serene ambiance. Situated just 15 minutes away from the scenic bathing spots of Libie and Ardeche, 30 minutes from Vallon Pont dArc and the renowned Chauvet cave, and near Ballazuc, Labeaume, and Voguë, our location offers breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains. Surrounded by a secure and lush 5000 m² park with private parking, you'll find us conveniently accessible within 20 km from the Montélimar TGV station, and a bus stop just 300 m away. Nestled in a sunny and tranquil valley, our cottages are a mere 4-minute walk from the village center, where you'll find all amenities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and medical facilities.

For larger gatherings, we offer the possibility to rent both cottages, accommodating up to 24 people, and enjoy meals together in our beautiful vaulted reception room on the ground floor (70m²) for a small fee. The room is equipped with tables, sound, and a video screen, adjacent to a well-appointed kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, 6 tables, and enough dishes for 40 people.

We also offer weekend visits and discovery packages of the Ardèche, allowing you to explore the region's must-see attractions while still providing opportunities for relaxation. These residential stays take place on specific weekends throughout the year, from Friday 18h to Sunday 18h, on the following dates: 06/08 April, 25/27 May, 15/17 June, and 16/18 November. On Saturday evenings, we even offer a dance party for your entertainment.

During your stay, you'll have the chance to explore local tourism, including visits to troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun and charming villages like Voguë, Labeaume, and Antraigues. Don't miss out on the iconic Chauvet cave and the Aven dOrgnac cave, both remarkable sites. For those who love dancing, we offer salsa, rock, and other dance parties for your enjoyment.

Our "Panorama" cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, while "Montloubier" can house 9 people. Each cottage is fully equipped and features a terrace (16m² and 20m² respectively) with garden furniture and a barbecue. If you're planning a training course or a stay that requires catering, we can arrange for a local caterer who uses fresh local produce.

Philippe, a skilled sports coach, also offers fitness activities for those looking to stay active. We have a dedicated fitness area of 32m² equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment. Additionally, we provide amenities such as a petanque court, a ping pong table, and a volleyball/badminton net. For nature enthusiasts, there are hiking trails and bike rentals available on-site, including 8 mountain bikes, 5 regular bikes, and 5 VTC bikes.

Domaine de Montloubier is proud to hold the Gîte de France 3-ear label, ensuring a high standard of quality and comfort during your stay.
