This is a description of a bedroom available for guests:"The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, conveniently located on both the ground floor and upstairs for your convenience. Adjacent to the room, you will find a bathroom and separate WC for your personal use. Additionally, we provide a cozy TV lounge and a tranquil relaxation room, where you can enjoy various activities such as reading, watching videos, or playing board games.
To enhance your stay, we offer a delicious breakfast and cover the tourist tax as part of the package. If desired, we also offer table d'hôte service upon prior notice during your arrival. Please note that our pool is unsupervised and the responsibility lies with the users. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and we kindly request guests to refrain from smoking indoors."

Directions
If you are coming via the motorway, take the "Les Adrets" exit and head towards "Lake Saint Cassien". Follow the signs for "Grasse". Once you reach Peymeinade, drive through the town center on Avenue de Boutigny. After you pass the post office on your left, turn right at the roundabout onto Chemin de la Spawrence. Shortly before the second intersection, you will see a small path on the right marked with the number 56 on a yellow house. Take this path and continue downwards until you reach the end.
