Description for B&B:

The Annexe is a separate part of our family home located in Chadalais, in the commune of Maisonnais-sur-Tardoire within the Parc Natural Regional Perigord Limousin. Situated between Charente, Haute-Vienne, and the Dordogne, we are conveniently positioned halfway between Angoulême and Limoges.

Our well-equipped Annexe offers a self-contained space with a private keyed entrance. It is exclusively booked for one party at a time, making it perfect whether you are traveling alone, with friends, or with family. Depending on your needs, you can choose to have one or two bedrooms included in your booking.

The Annexe is ideal for short-term or overnight stays, catering to various purposes such as house hunting, professional business trips, attending family events, or simply passing through. Additionally, we are located a short drive away from Domaine des étangs and Chateau Rocher, making us an excellent choice for those attending events at these venues.

During your stay, we provide all the necessary space and amenities, including a separate lounge and bathroom, a separate keyed entrance, high-quality bed linens, soft furnishings, towels, a mini-fridge, drink-making facilities, Wi-Fi, HD UK TV, central heating, branded toiletries, flexible check-in and check-out times, secure off-road parking, and the option for early luggage drop-off if needed. All costs, including electricity, linen, cleaning, and local taxes, are included in the rate, with no additional charges.

For guests who choose the optional Bed and Breakfast basis, please note that kitchen facilities are not available. However, there are ample tea and coffee making facilities, provisions, and a small fridge provided. The accommodation also offers secure parking.

The sleeping arrangements offer three options: a king-size room suitable for up to 2 guests, a twin room suitable for up to 2 guests, or booking both rooms for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Both bedrooms are clean and well-presented, featuring comfortable beds with character features and views of the surrounding countryside. There are also clothes storage facilities and hanging space in both bedrooms, as well as hanging space in the hall. Fans are available for cooling during the summer, and sufficient heating ensures warmth during the winter months.

Please note that there is no dedicated garden or outdoor space for guests of The Annexe.

Upon arrival, fresh bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. The accommodation can accommodate one child under 3 at no extra charge, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Our rates include electricity, linen, towels, heating, after-stay cleaning, and local tourist taxes, with no additional charges.

Chadalais is a charming village and a great place for a leisurely evening walk or to explore the beautiful Limousin countryside. We are just a short drive away from several towns and villages that offer a variety of dining options year-round, as well as shops, bars, and cafes. We provide dining recommendations in our guest information.

Please note that we do not offer a served or buffet breakfast, but instead include a self-serve continental breakfast in your room with the standard rental rate. This consists of pastries, tea/coffee, and fruit juice.
