This charming house, located at an altitude of 1100m, offers a weekly rental option for 6-8 people. Nestled in front of the church, it boasts stunning views of the Cantal and Sancy mountains.

The surrounding area offers plenty of attractions nearby, such as a pristine swimming lake just 600m away, classified as a Blue Flag site. For those seeking winter sports, there are various options including alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and even dog sledding at LA STELE (5 min), CHASTREIX SANCY (10 min), MONT DORE (25 min), and SUPER BESSE (30 min). Additionally, there are renowned spas in LA BOURBOULE (15 min) and MONT DORE (20 min) for relaxation. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous hiking trails, waterfalls, and lakes in the vicinity.

The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room with a large table and benches, a cantou with ample storage space for jackets and ski suits, and a designated area for ski storage. There is also a cozy lounge area equipped with a 92cm LCD TV, a convertible corner sofa (which can serve as an additional bed for 2 people), a bench seat, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 200L fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. All necessary crockery is provided. The bathroom features a washbasin with a two-drawer cupboard and a shower, with a separate toilet adjacent to it.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190 cm) each, and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). Mattresses, pillows, and duvets are provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linen. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

Pets are allowed in the chalet, subject to certain conditions, and smoking is prohibited.

The rental prices vary depending on the season. During high season (Christmas, February/March, and July/August school holidays), the weekly rate is 550 Euros. Mid-season (May/June and September) is priced at 450 Euros per week, while low season (the rest of the year) is 350 Euros per week. For shorter stays of 2 nights or more during the off-season, the rate is 250 Euros. A spa package is available for 800 Euros for a three-week period. The tourist tax is 0.7 Euros per person per day, with children under 18 exempted from this fee.
