The fully equipped American kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator freezer, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed, a separate WC with a wash basin, a bathroom with a wash basin and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor, there is a charming mezzanine area perfect for relaxation, furnished with a sofa, an organ, a reading corner, and a baby chair.
