It comfortably accommodates 2 to 6 people and is conveniently located just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. Royan, with its casino and thalasso, is only 3 km away.The ground floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a color TV, a Hi-Fi system, a DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The fully equipped American kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator freezer, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed, a separate WC with a wash basin, a bathroom with a wash basin and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor, there is a charming mezzanine area perfect for relaxation, furnished with a sofa, an organ, a reading corner, and a baby chair. There are two additional bedrooms; one with a 140 bed and the other with a charming half-mansard roof and a 140 bed. There is also a separate WC and independent toilet. The house is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace with an insert.
