It features two bedrooms, a spacious dining room-kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with toilet. The first floor bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (140), while the second floor offers two single beds (90).
The kitchen is fully functional and well-equipped, complete with a 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, combined fridge, mini dishwasher, and washing machine. It is conveniently open to the dining area on the ground floor, making meal preparations a breeze.

Go 12km from Agen and take the N113 road towards Toulouse. At the junction, take the left fork towards Puymirol on the D916 road. Continue on this road through the village of St Pierre de Clairac for 900 meters. Look for the exit of the village on your right, which will lead you in the direction of Puymirol.
