Description for B&B:

Villa du Parc is a charming manor built in the 1930s with a distinctive Basque style. Today, it offers a range of holiday apartments available for weekly or short-term rental, including a bed and breakfast option. The apartments vary in size and can comfortably accommodate between two and four guests.

The manor features a spacious hall with a cozy fireplace and comfortable armchairs, as well as complimentary internet access, games, books, magazines, and a video projector. Additionally, there is a large underground garage where guests can safely store and work on their bicycles, motorcycles, skis, and other equipment.

Surrounded by 8000 square meters (approximately three acres) of grounds, Villa du Parc offers breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. The property boasts century-old trees and amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Guests can relax on deck chairs, enjoy a barbecue, or let their children play in the designated playground area. The manor is conveniently located on the outskirts of Prades, allowing guests to reach the town center within a ten-minute walk. There, they can explore restaurants, cinemas, concerts, shops, and the weekly market.

Thanks to Prades' exceptional location, guests can indulge in their favorite holiday activities. Within a forty-five minute drive, one can either bask in the sun on the beach or engage in hiking or skiing at altitudes exceeding two-thousand meters (approximately seven thousand feet). The region offers a plethora of outdoor pursuits, including rock climbing, spelunking, canyoning, white-water kayaking, and paragliding, which can be enjoyed throughout the year due to the Mediterranean climate. Additionally, guests may opt to embark on a scenic ride on the "yellow train," a narrow-gauge railway that winds through a picturesque valley and ascends to the high plateau of the nearby mountains.

For those interested in local culture, various attractions await exploration, such as the fortresses designed by Vauban, the castles of the Catharists, the Dali museum or house, the Casals festival, and numerous beautiful abbeys.

The diverse offerings of our region ensure an unforgettable vacation experience at Villa du Parc; in fact, it is almost guaranteed!
