All of our rooms feature a private shower room and one toilet. They are also equipped with a TV and DVD player (with DVDs available to borrow showcasing the region), a mini refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, fan, and WiFi. Breakfast is included in our service and consists of a hot drink, croissants and similar pastries, homemade cake, fruit juice, various breads, and homemade jams. For dinner, guests have the opportunity to dine with the owners at the table d'hôte, where they can enjoy a convivial atmosphere and dishes prepared using organic ingredients whenever possible, ensuring the freshest flavors. To unwind at the end of the day, a small riverbank garden is available for relaxation.

Located on the top floor of the charming "Au Coeur de Rennes" house, this spacious and luminous apartment spans 60m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for an independent stay. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. It consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a 140cm bed and the other with either two 80cm beds or a double 160cm bed. The open-concept American kitchen seamlessly flows into the large living room, which features a comfortable sofa that can sleep one adult or two children, as well as a television. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and make use of the barbecue facilities.
