Located on the top floor of the charming "Au Coeur de Rennes" house, this spacious and luminous apartment spans 60m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for an independent stay. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. It consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a 140cm bed and the other with either two 80cm beds or a double 160cm bed. The open-concept American kitchen seamlessly flows into the large living room, which features a comfortable sofa that can sleep one adult or two children, as well as a television.
