Welcome to our newly built single-story house situated in a spacious enclosed garden at the entrance of a charming small village. This modern and independent property offers a comfortable and relaxing stay.The house features a large living room, complete with an open and fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and an additional bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, there is another bedroom with three single beds and a trundle bed, along with a shower room and a separate toilet. The house also benefits from electric heating for your comfort.
For your convenience, we provide laundry facilities, a dishwasher, and a tumble dryer. Entertainment options include a flat screen TV. Additionally, we can provide a cot upon request, free of charge.
Outside, you can enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. The garden also features a playground area.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, we provide complimentary bed sheets, towels, and linens. Pets are accepted, subject to prior approval. There is a closed parking area for your vehicle.
We are open all year round and invite you to explore the beautiful surroundings. Mariol, located at the foot of the mountain Bourbonnais, is just 15 km away from Vichy, a renowned spa town. Other nearby attractions include the Pal amusement park (65 km), Thiers (20 km), famous for its cutlery, and Clermont-Ferrand (50 km), home to Vulcania and the Puy de Dôme.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour se soit déroulé dans les conditions que vous décrivez. Nous sommes d'autant plus surpris que notre gîte, en activité depuis 10 ans, a toujours fait l’objet de retours positifs jusqu'à présent. Il est regrettable que vous n'ayez pas échangé avec nous, habitant sur place, afin de trouver des solutions.
