We offer a charming bed and breakfast experience in a stunning detached house, nestled amidst mountains at an elevation of 600 meters. The tranquil surroundings provide a serene atmosphere for our guests. Situated between the beautiful coastline of Nice and the majestic Mercantour National Park, our location is ideal for exploring the best of both worlds. Additionally, we are conveniently positioned between the popular cities of Cannes and Menton. Each room at our bed and breakfast features a private bathroom and toilet. Our common area boasts a cozy fireplace, television, DVD player, and stereo system. Guests can also enjoy the terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. Charming 40m2 cottage spread over two levels, located in the historic fortified village of Berre Alps. This peaceful retreat offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Situated at an altitude of 700m and only 20km away from the vibrant city of Nice, it is conveniently positioned between the beautiful towns of Cannes and Menton. The famous Parc du Mercantour is also within close proximity. The first level comprises of four cozy bedrooms with double beds and a contemporary shower room. On the second level, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, and a cozy fireside room with a TV, DVD player, and HiFi system. The cottage also features a charming vaulted balcony and an independent 25m2 wine cellar. The weekly rental rates range from €250 to €390, and linen is provided at no additional cost. To get to your destination, follow these travel directions:
Start by taking Exit A8. Once you have exited, proceed to No. 55 NICE. At the second traffic light, turn left. Continue on this road and follow the signs for TALES/SOSPEL. Stay on the highway for approximately 9 kilometers until you reach the end.
At the last roundabout, take a right turn and follow the signs for The ESCARENE/BERRE THE ALPS. You will now be on Highway 2204. Continue on this highway for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE".
At "COL NICE", take a left turn onto the R&D Management 215. Follow this road for 3 kilometers until you reach "path Meingarde". Take a right onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end). Follow the signs and continue to the end of the road.
Once you reach the square, take a left turn and proceed downwards. The first house on the right will have a black wrought iron gate. That is your destination.
